Prova Truss PRV-30-D is a modular system with a four-way connection, square geometry and a compact load-bearing truss section. Required spans can be built from different parts and connection combinations.

What is PRV-30-D (square truss) and what is it for?

PRV-30-D is Prova Truss’s 300 mm outer-dimension square (box) truss model. Main tube 50x2 mm, brace tube 1 25x3 mm, brace tube 2 18x2.5 mm. Designed for medium lighting, audio and LED screen loads. One of our most chosen models for concerts, fairs, studios and permanent installations.

What is PRV-30-D square truss?

PRV-30-D is Prova Truss’s four-way (square / box) aluminum truss in the approx. 300 mm series. Designed for medium-load lines, main carrier grids and stage skeletons; often chosen for concerts and fair builds in Turkey.

What is the difference between square truss and triangular (PRV-30-T) and ladder (PRV-30-M)?

Square section offers higher torsion and load capacity with four main tubes. Triangular (T) suits medium / lighter lines; ladder / flat (M) is two-way for low–medium load and fast assembly. At Prova: D=square, T=triangular, M=ladder (do not confuse with some foreign brand codes).

What is the difference between PRV-30-T (triangular truss) and PRV-30-D?

PRV-30-D has a square section and high rigidity in every direction. PRV-30-T is triangular, lighter and more economical — preferred for decorative applications, light lighting and visual suspension work.

What lengths and connections does PRV-30-D come with?

Standard lengths are produced to project need; connection is conical pin system. Pin and clip set used at assembly. See Prova Truss static tables for final span and load.

Which brands are your trusses compatible with?

Prova Truss products are compatible with ATS Truss.

Can it be used indoors and outdoors?

Yes. Suitable for indoor halls, outdoor stages and temporary fair structures. Outdoors, wind, rain and anchorage must be calculated; plan with wind sensor and safety rope if needed.

How is load capacity determined?

Capacity depends on section, span, load type (center / uniform) and connection layout. Prova Truss clarifies project load and pick points before application and recommends the right PRV-30-D configuration.

What are material and finish?

Main structure is aluminum 6082-T6 alloy. Can be color-coated with static powder at Prova Truss workshop in Turkey; bare anodized/raw finish also available.
