What are Prova Truss aluminum truss systems?
Modular carriers made from 6082-T6 aluminum with conical connections. The PRV-30 series includes D (square), T (triangular) and M (ladder) sections.
What is the load capacity of your truss systems?
Load capacity varies by truss type, span and connection layout. For example, on PRV-30-D square truss a 6 m span may allow point loads of roughly 500–900 kg depending on design. We prepare a static calculation report for every project.
Which section should I choose?
Heavy main line → PRV-30-D; medium load → PRV-30-T; light / fast line → PRV-30-M. Final choice depends on load and span.
Are your trusses certified?
Yes. Our aluminum material and production processes comply with international standards (EN 17115, DIN, etc.). Load tests and static calculation reports are available on request.
Are certificates and static data available?
Material and production quality documents plus project-based static evaluation are provided. Request a report for critical suspensions.
What does installation time depend on?
Part count, motorized rigging, crew size and venue access. Medium-scale grids are often built in 1–2 days.
Where is production?
Prova Truss production is in Turkey (Çorlu / Tekirdağ line); shipping is nationwide.
Are 3D, coating, welding and service under one roof?
Yes — consulting, 3D, static powder coating, aluminum welding, supervisor and technical service are Prova Truss services.
How is outdoor safety ensured?
Correct section, anchorage, wind monitoring and safety rope. A load cell adds assurance on large suspensions.
What should I send for a quote?
Venue plan or dimensions, load list, date and indoor/outdoor details. A brief on the contact page is enough.
